Forging is a highly controlled process that shapes metal under immense physical pressure. Step 1: Selecting the Brass
Brass is loved in interior design because it carries both structural strength and aesthetic warmth. It is durable enough for heavy daily use, yet visually softer than steel or chrome. Its gold tones work organically with natural wood, stone, painted cabinetry, and plaster surfaces.

Step 2: Heating and Forming
Once checked, raw rods are cut to precise lengths and heated to high temperatures. Through extreme controlled pressure, the glowing metal is pressed into forged dies. Edges emerge, curves form, and the silhouette of handles, pulls, and fittings are created. Proportions are validated early so the hardware feels perfectly ergonomic in hand.
Step 3: Trimming & Refining
After initial forging, each raw component carries an outer flash or excess metal. In this step, precise CNC cutting tools and skilled craftsmen trim away excess material, defining clean edges, structural lines, and exact proportions.

Step 4 & 5: Finishes & Texture
Before final sealing, the surface of each forged brass piece is polished, brushed, or treated to reveal the deep luster of raw metal. Our curated textures match diverse styles seamlessly.

Fit, Alignment, and Final Inspection
A beautiful piece of hardware loses its architectural purpose if it is complex to install or unstable after repeated usage. Once shaping and polishing are complete, we perform rigorous fit tests on threaded segments, ensuring standard screws lock firmly into single-hole and double-hole pulls without stripping.
The journey concludes with strict Quality Inspection. Each pull, doorstop, or hinge is held under high-illumination inspect lamps to verify absolute surface conformity, dimensional checkmarking, and solid ergonomic weight.
Every single parameter, spacing, and finish is strictly verified prior to secure packaging.
