Shipping Policy

All standard orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that orders placed around public holidays may experience slight delays in dispatch due to reduced warehouse operating hours.

When Can I Expect My Items? (Estimated Shipping Times)

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, we utilize a global network of fulfillment centers, including our local US warehouses and our global manufacturing facility.

For US Customers

Standard Items (In-Stock): Shipped directly from our US-based fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery is 3-5 working days.

Custom Orders / B2B Orders: To provide you with the best value and specific customizations, these items are shipped directly from our global manufacturing facility. Estimated delivery is 4-6 weeks.

For International Customers (Outside the US)

Standard Items: All international orders are shipped from our global manufacturing facility. Estimated delivery is 10-20 working days, depending on the destination country and local customs processing.

Custom Orders / B2B Orders: For bespoke items and bulk orders, please expect an estimated delivery of 4-6 weeks for production and shipping.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

US Orders: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all retail orders with no minimum purchase required!

International Orders: Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all retail orders over $300 USD. For orders under $300 USD, shipping costs will be calculated dynamically during the checkout process based on your location and the items in your cart.

(Note: Free shipping applies to standard retail orders only. It does not apply to oversized items, custom-made products, or wholesale/B2B orders unless explicitly stated. Shipping fees for bulk/B2B orders will be calculated based on weight and dimensions.)

Taxes and Duties

For US Customers: You will not incur any additional customs duties or taxes for standard orders shipped within the US.

For International Customers (Outside the US): Local taxes, duties, and customs clearance fees may apply upon the package's arrival in your country. These charges are not included in the checkout price. You will be responsible for paying any such taxes and duties required by your local authorities to release your goods. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred during customs clearance.

Pre-orders & Out-of-Stock Items

If your order includes both in-stock items and pre-order/custom items, we will ship the in-stock items first from our US warehouse, and the remaining items will follow separately once they are ready. For bespoke or custom hardware, please expect a lead time of 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging our hardware. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@qogrisun.com with in 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. Please include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can swiftly resolve the issue and arrange a replacement.
